Rock-E House & Basecamp offers programs for adults throughout the year. Individuals and groups may enroll in workshops, seminars, and experiences including: wellness retreats, design and build, art workshops, and farm-to-fork.
PAST ADULT RETREATS
Fortify Your Joy
If you enjoy live music, yoga and improving your health, then this workshop is for you! As we engage in a daily yoga and meditation practice we will build strength, increase immune system function and help the nervous system. Evening programs will include a sound meditation with gongs and other soothing instruments, and group music making.
Paddle Design / Build Weekend
Whether you want to build a performance bent shaft paddle, or beautiful work of art, this workshop will take you through each step including wood selection, paddle design, laminating, shaping with hand tools, decoration, and finishing.
