3-Day empowerment workshops in music, yoga, meditation & expressive arts

If you enjoy live music, are interested in or want to learn about yoga and improving your health, then this workshop is for you! Join musician Charlie Masters, and Art Therapist and Yoga educator John Muraco in this engaging and exciting program. 

You will learn tools to manage stress and lower anxiety, increase your health and wellness, and be provided a space for self-expression and decompression. With the demands of work, and increasing pressures in life, we can be left feeling nervous, unable to sleep, and uninterested in things that used to be fun. This retreat will be rejuvenating and up-lifting. 

As we engage in a daily Kundalini Yoga and meditation practice we will build strength, increase immune system function and help the nervous system better deal with stress. We will practice several breathing techniques for calming the mind, and for improving attention. You will learn about using herbs, essential oils and wellness products for better health, relaxation, and taking impeccable care of yourself. We will have evening programs that will include a sound meditation with gongs and other soothing instruments, and group music making. Our afternoon will be taken up making art, spending time in nature, journaling, and sharing knowledge.

$495.00 (shared rooms, shared bath)

Day Only Tuition: 

Available Saturday and Sunday 

$150 per day, includes lunch.

  • Check in and Arrival : 4:30 - 5:30pm

  • Dinner : 6:00 - 7:00pm

  • Opening and Evening Session I : 7:30 - 9:30pm


  • Morning Meditation : 6:45 - 7:45am (light movement, meditation, live music)

  • Breakfast : 8:00 - 9:00am

  • Morning Session : 9:30 - 11:30am Radiating yoga & dance for joy and inspiration

  • 12:00 - 1:00pm Lunch

  • Afternoon Session 1:45 - 3:45pm Connecting to our Nature (wilderness meditation and group art making in the wild)

  • Self Care personal time 3:45 - 5:00pm

  • Dinner : 5:00 - 6:00pm

  • Evening Session II : 6:30 - 8:00pm Yoga for the Immune system, and Bliss

  • Break : 8:00 - 8:30pm

  • Evening Session III : 8:30 - 9:30 Sound Bath Meditation


  • Morning Meditation : 6:45 - 7:45am (light movement, meditation, live music)

  • Breakfast : 8:00 - 9:00am

  • Morning Session : 9:30 - 11:30am Radiating Yoga & Daily practice maintenace 

  • Goodbye/Lunch 11:00 - 12:00

What's the refund policy?

Cancellations made 14 days in advance will receive a full refund.
Cancellations made 7 days in advance will receive a half refund, minus a $25 processing fee. 
Cancellations received within 6 days of program start date are subject to full forfeiture of the registration price.
Medical or family emergencies will be considered on an individual basis.
