RLC Landscape Painting

June 23 – June 29, 2019

View Adirondack mountains and lakes through a creative lens in our weeklong exploration with brush and paint. Whether you are a beginner or an experienced artist, our instructors will guide you through the techniques and skills you need to take your artistic work to the next level. Each day will include exposure to a new medium, allowing you to gain familiarity and comfort with a broad range of skills while adding diversity to your artistic portfolio. Try your hand at watercolor, oil, and acrylic painting in a variety of unique outdoor settings.

Painting workshops will be interspersed with a range of other activities around our mountain campus. Hike up to a mountain view, take canoes onto the lake, help cook meals, and lend a hand on the farm.

Students will share rooms in our lakeside Eileen Rockefeller House and enjoy fresh meals prepared using ingredients from our farm.
