Kids' Week Outside

June 24 – June 28, 2019

Get your kids outside this summer! Educators, parents, and backcountry pros Jess and Nate Jeffery will be putting together their outdoor expertise to provide a week of exploration, laughter and fun in the Adirondack outdoors. Your kids will get to enjoy time away from screens in the company of new and old friends, all while learning and practicing new skills like rock climbing, canoeing, and camping.

Kids' Week runs from 8am - 5pm each day, though the week of fun will culminate with an overnight on Thursday, where Jess and Nate will teach your child how to set up a cozy campsite, start a fire, and cook a tasty backcountry meal.

 

Daily activities include (but are not limited to):

• Rock climbing at the local crag 

• Hiking up Balanced Rocks 

• Barn fun day 

• Beach day 

• Field games 

• Canoeing on the lake

Program Tuition: $445 

Includes: 

• Daily lunches and snacks 

• Thursday night dinner and dessert 

• All camping supplies, activities and gear 

• All program materials

To register, complete the following steps: 
- Reserve a spot with a $25 non-refundable deposit (see "Register for this Event" button above)
- Receive and fill out a Registration Packet
- Make your first payment installment (as selected on registration form)

Cancellation Policy: 

Cancellations made 30 days in advance of program start date will receive a full refund.
Cancellations made 15 days in advance of program start date will receive a half refund, minus a $25 processing fee. 
Cancellations received 14 days or less before program start date are subject to full forfeiture of the registration price.
Medical or family emergencies will be considered on an individual basis.
To cancel, you MUST contact Round Lake Campus at (518) 523-9329 ext. 5440.

Round Lake Campus reserves the right to cancel a program if it does not meet its enrollment benchmark of 3 participants by 5/16/19, in which case a full refund will be issued less any processing fees. We recommend waiting to book flights or other non-refundable travel arrangements until after this date.
